Hypothyroid Problems: Foods You Must Avoid

Hypothyroidism is a condition or state when your thyroid gland does not produce some important thyroid hormones, in particular, triiodothyronine (T3) and thyroxine (T4). This condition is also known as an underactive thyroid problem.

Vegetables:
